Some states impose LEGAL RESTRICTIONS regarding commerce in or ownership of replica guns. The following shipping restrictions represent company policy and should not be considered legal advice to customers. Specific information regarding shipping restrictions is available on most official state websites or directly through offices of state secretaries or state legislatures.
CALIFORNIA and KANSAS:Dealers warrant that shipments are made in compliance with state law. Imitation Firearms, regardless of date, may only be shipped:
1. In conjunction with a frame or presentation box; or
2. Solely for export in interstate or foreign commerce; or
3. Solely for lawful use in theatrical productions; or
4. For use in certified sporting events or competitions; or
5. For use in military or civil defense or ceremonial activities; or
6. For public display authorized by public or private school
CONNECTICUT, MASSACHUSETTS, WISCONSIN and MINNESOTA: All replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898) are allowed. We will not ship replicas of modern firearms (post-1898) to these states.
NEW YORK STATE AND PUERTO RICO: Replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898) are allowed. We will only ship replicas of modern firearms (post-1898) to theatrical, military, police or other government accounts with valid proof of account identity. A copy of a valid purchase order will suffice.
CANADA: Replicas of flintlock, percussion, and cap and ball weapons are the only imitation firearms that can be shipped to Canada.

All Personal or Business Checks MUST include Home Telephone Number Valid Drivers License Number and issuing state Home Address, City, State, Zip Code There is a $25.00 SERVICE CHARGE for any checks returned by your bank.
Note: Your order will not be shipped until we receive your check by mail AND another 10 days for your check to clear the bank.
Money Order
We accept Money Orders for the exact total amount of the order. Note: Your order will be not be shipped until we receive your Money Order in the mail.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards. When submitting Credit Card information we MUST have Full Credit Card Number Expiration Date Full name shown on Credit card including middle initial if shown Billing address of Credit card including street address (or P O Box number), City, State, and Zip Code Name of Bank or Financial institution that issued Credit card.
Note: Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive Credit card authorization. We may require additional information for Credit card authorization.
Lynch’s Store Charges
All store charges require prior approval. We accept OFFICIAL SIGNED PURCHASE ORDERS from School Districts Recreation Departments, Organizations, etc. Please contact Lynch’s Accounting Office for further information.
Special Note:
Michigan Residents 6% Sales Tax must be charged on all orders shipped in Michigan. The State of Michigan requires that we charge sales tax on merchandise AND shipping charges within the State of Michigan. Note: If you have a Michigan State Tax Exempt Certificate we MUST HAVE A CURRENT COPY of this certificate. This policy applies to Re-Sale and Charitable Customers. This tax exempt certificate must be issued by the STATE OF MICHIGAN (not the IRS). If we do not have this certificate we must charge you sales tax.
Pay Pal: We accept Pay Pal for the exact total amount of the order. Note: Your order will be not be shipped until we receive your Pay Pal Payment. For special shipping charges we will send you a paypal bill.
We do not ship COD. Please do not send Cash. Shipping Information Shipping Charges are listed under your Shopping Basket. Orders are usually shipped within 2 - 3 business days on IN STOCK merchandise. For OUT OF STOCK or SPECIAL ORDER items, you will be notified of the approximate shipping date. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for merchandise temporarily out of stock. Shipping on all SPECIAL ORDER items will be determined by specific manufacturer as well as shipping from Lynch's to you. You will be notified as soon as we have a date from the manufacturer.
Lynch’s Return Policy
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER is required for all returns.

All returned merchandise must be in the original package, all tags attached. Please carefully try on items and do not destroy packaging as we cannot accept worn or soiled items. All returns must be made within 20 days of shipping invoice date.
Returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Bulk items must be unopened, in original packaging. Cut fabric, trims, sequins, feathers, headpieces, makeup, and made-to-order costumes are NOT RETURNABLE.
For Damaged merchandise, call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please state type of damage. Liability Lynch’s Inc shall not be responsible or liable for personal injury or property damage incurred by or through the use of any products sold by us. All fabrics sold by us are made for Theatrical or Show purposes and not for normal street wear. We do not guarantee the washing or wearability of these fabrics unless otherwise specified. All merchandise sold by us is not Flame Retardant unless otherwise specified. |
