Using a bald pate (cap) is one of the most effective means of creating a character with makeup. Makeup and⁄or crepe hair can be added for different effects. Since regular creme makeup can cause latex to deteriorate, use Kryolan's Aquacolor makeup, which can be used on both the bald cap and the skin. As an alternative, castor oil can be used to treat the latex or use a Rubber Mask Grease makeup. Crepe hair can be added with a latex or spirit gum adhesive.
